As a personal trainer at Summit Strength, my mission is to guide our members to reach their fullest fitness potential with programs that are not only challenging and safe but truly enjoyable. My focus lies in functional fitness and holistic nutrition, aiming to build strength, endurance, and enhanced well-being through a deep-health approach.

With over 12 years in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from those aiming to transform body composition and strength to those prioritizing overall wellness. As someone approaching 50 who has experienced major orthopedic surgery, I bring a unique blend of empathy and expertise for clients facing wear-and-tear or injury-related challenges. My personal journey gives me a deep understanding of how to work within limitations while still driving forward toward safe and meaningful progress.
