Kelsey Higgins, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, brings 7 years of diverse experience to her practice. With a background as a former collegiate athlete, she has successfully guided a wide range of clients, from high school and collegiate athletes striving for peak performance to busy moms seeking to reclaim their health and vitality, to the 70+ population, helping them maintain their ability to feel good and enjoy life to its fullest.
Kelsey excels in working with novice clients, finding great satisfaction in helping individuals build their fitness foundations from the ground up. Her comprehensive approach integrates personalized training protocols, nutrition strategies, and lifestyle and habit modifications. By focusing on the full picture, Kelsey empowers her clients to reach new heights in their health and wellness journeys.
When she isn’t training clients, Kelsey enjoys hiking in the White Mountains with her boyfriend, Michael, drinking an iced maple latte, or going on long walks with her dog, Franklin. She also dedicates time to coaching volleyball at Windham High School and with the 603 United Volleyball Club, where she leads her U14 open team.
