Michael McAloon is not just a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS); he is a fitness visionary dedicated to helping people overcome their greatest challenges. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's in Education in Coaching, Michael possesses a deep understanding of both the physiological and psychological aspects of fitness, enabling him to motivate clients to reach their next level of performance.

Michael’s extensive experience spans all levels of personal training and strength and conditioning. He has worked with Division I, II, and III athletes, as well as clients in their 70s, tailoring programs to meet the unique needs and challenges of each individual. His personalized approach ensures that every client’s experience is both unique and appropriately challenging.

Michael has trained athletes at Southern New Hampshire University, Mississippi State University, Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning, and Angelo State University. Throughout his career, he has consistently worked with general population clients, sharing his passion for exercise and helping them achieve new heights. His expertise in the latest fitness literature allows him to help clients lose body fat and gain muscle efficiently.

When not at Summit Strength, Michael can be found training jiujitsu, enjoying a cup of coffee, or exploring the mountains with his girlfriend, Kelsey. His favorite exercise is the barbell snatch, and he is known for never skipping leg day.
